Jim-qijosê Fêqê (/ˈfèë/ /qiˈʤosɘ/ [cheap] [mess; rubble; debris; junk]) is a temperate Large Town located in the G̈ifêvîlêg̈êyê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Jim-qijosê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Jim-qijosê Fêqê was founded by Glêd Glkadsm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Jim-qijosê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 21°C (69°F). Jim-qijosê Fêqê receives an average of 266 cm/y (104 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Jim-qijosê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1430 m (4691 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Jim-qijosê Fêqê was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1309, by Glêd Glkadsm. The establishment of Jim-qijosê Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Glêd Glkadsm struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Jim-qijosê Fêqê as a prison colony.
Jim-qijosê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jim-qijosê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Jim-qijosê Fêqê is is constructed arround a series of crampt cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Unfortuantly, these exceptionaly well made fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Jim-qijosê Fêqê gives you a feeling of distrust and paranoia. Also greed. The locals seem to be very much into scholastic pursuits, based on the hushed, murmured conversations you hear at least. Everyone in Jim-qijosê Fêqê acts like they have discovered something wondrous, and are worried they will endure some horrible fate so another can take what they’ve discovered for themselves.
Civic Infrastructure

Jim-qijosê Fêqê's old civil lighting system was converted to Galvanic Lamps recently, and expanded to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Jim-qijosê Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Jim-qijosê Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.
Jim-qijosê Fêqê has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Jim-qijosê Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Jim-qijosê Fêqê has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
While Jim-qijosê Fêqê has a public leader, the real authority is hidden from outsiders. This ruler may draw their authority from rationales unacceptable to outsiders, they may have cowed the public authority into obedience, or they may have a mutually beneficial private arrangement with the official ruler.
Jim-qijosê Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
